Jihei of Kamiya Eloping with the Geisha Koharu of Kinokuniya, from the series “True Feelings Compared: The Founts of Love” (Jitsu kurabe iro no Minakami) was created by Kitagawa Utamaro around 1798–1799 using ink and colors on paper. The piece measures 24.4 by 38.4 cm and is held in the collection of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.
