Vladimir Moshkov
Vladimir Ivanovich Moshkov (1792–1839) was a Russian artist and one of the earliest masters of battle painting in Russia. An academician of the Imperial Academy of Arts, he was born in Moscow and died in Astrakhan.

Vladimir Ivanovich Moshkov was born in 1792 in Moscow. He became one of the first masters of battle painting in Russia and made a significant contribution to the development of this genre. Moshkov was recognized as an academician of the Imperial Academy of Arts, which attests to his high level of artistic skill and official recognition.
