Victor Arnautoff
Victor Mikhailovich Arnautoff (1896–1979) was an American and Soviet muralist and a member of the USSR Artists' Union. He also taught at the university level. Arnautoff is noted for his contribution to monumental art, including work for Coit Tower.

Biography
Victor Mikhailovich Arnautoff was born on November 11, 1896, in Uspenovka. Throughout his life, he maintained connections with three countries: the Russian Empire, the United States, and the USSR. Arnautoff gained recognition as a muralist and was a member of the USSR Artists' Union. In addition to his artistic career, he worked as a university instructor. Among his notable contributions to monumental art is his involvement in the creation of artwork for Coit Tower. Victor Mikhailovich Arnautoff passed away on March 22, 1979, in Saint Petersburg.
