Teemu Keisteri, born August 22, 1985 in Espoo, Finland, is a Finnish visual and video artist, DJ, dancer, and gallerist. Known as DJ Windows95man, his paintings and prints feature the fictional character Ukkeli, which brought him recognition in Finland.

Teemu Keisteri was born on August 22, 1985, in Espoo, Finland. He is a Finnish visual artist, video artist, DJ, dancer, and gallerist. Under the stage name Windows95man, he is known as a DJ whose music and image are inspired by the 1990s, particularly the Windows 95 operating system. In 2008, he created the fictional character Ukkeli, which became a central element in his paintings and prints and earned him recognition in Finland. Additionally, Teemu Keisteri, together with singer Henry Piispänen, represented Finland in the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 with the song "No Rules!", where they placed 19th.
