Smiljan Rozman
Smiljan Rozman (1927–2007) was a Slovenian writer and playwright. He authored numerous novels, short story collections, children’s literature, and scripts for children’s TV programs and dramatic series.
Biography
Smiljan Rozman was born on January 28, 1927, in the city of Celje. He was a Slovenian writer and playwright, the author of many novels and collections of short stories, including works for young readers. In addition, Rozman wrote scripts for children’s television programs and dramatic series. Throughout his life, he was associated with several national and cultural entities: the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats, and Slovenes; the Kingdom of Yugoslavia; the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia; and modern Slovenia. Smiljan Rozman was also engaged in painting and acting in films, and contributed to musical art. He died on March 15, 2007, in Ljubljana.
