Saridjah Niung

Biography
Saridjah Niung was born on March 26, 1908, in Sukabumi, Indonesia. Throughout his life, he distinguished himself as a multifaceted artist, engaging in composition, music performance, playwriting, pedagogy, and radio broadcasting. Niung was also a batik artist, reflecting his versatility and deep connection to Indonesian culture. He passed away in 1993 in Jakarta.
