Reuven Rubin
Reuven Rubin (1893–1974) was an Israeli modernist artist and diplomat, born in Galați, Romania. A prominent figure in the development of Israeli painting, he later became an Israeli citizen. Rubin's work and life were closely connected to Israel's art and cultural history.

He passed away on October 13, 1974, in Tel Aviv.
