Pavlo Makov

Biography

Pavlo Mykolayovych Makov was born on August 28, 1958, in Saint Petersburg. He is a Ukrainian artist whose work primarily focuses on graphics and etching. Throughout his career, he has embraced multiple roles including artist, graphic artist, graphic designer, and arts figure. Since 1994, Makov has been a member of the Royal Society of Painters and Graphic Artists in the United Kingdom, indicating his international recognition. In 1998, he became a member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine. Furthermore, in 2006, he was awarded the honorary title of Corresponding Member of the Academy of Arts of Ukraine. His cultural and national affiliations are connected with the USSR and Ukraine.
