Ona Baliukonė
Ona Baliukonė (June 1, 1948 – November 20, 2007) was a Lithuanian poet, essayist, and artist active in the USSR and Lithuania. She received the 2004 Lithuanian National Prize for Culture and Arts.

Ona Baliukonė was born on June 1, 1948, in the Alitus district municipality. She was a Lithuanian poet, essayist, artist, and writer whose creative work unfolded within the cultural context of the USSR and Lithuania. In recognition of her contributions to art and culture, she was awarded the Lithuanian National Prize for Culture and Arts in 2004. Throughout her life, Baliukonė engaged in poetry and essay writing, demonstrating herself as a multifaceted creative figure.
