Nadezhda Peshkova
Nadezhda Alekseevna Peshkova (1901–1971) was a Russian Empire and Soviet artist. She was married to Maksim Alekseevich Peshkov and was the daughter-in-law of writer Maksim Gorky. She lived and worked within the rich cultural milieu of her time.
Biography
Nadezhda Alekseevna Peshkova was born on November 30, 1901, in Tomsk. She was an artist active during the periods of the Russian Empire and the Soviet Union. Nadezhda Alekseevna held a significant place in cultural history as the wife of Maksim Alekseevich Peshkov and the daughter-in-law of the renowned writer Maksim Gorky. Throughout her life, she was closely connected with the creative and intellectual circles of her era. She passed away on January 10, 1971, in Moscow, leaving her mark on the artistic tradition of 20th-century Russia.
