Mykola Hlushchenko
Mykola Hlushchenko (1901–1977) was a Soviet Ukrainian painter and graphic artist. Born in Samara, he combined his artistic career with intelligence work. In 1976, he was named People's Artist of the USSR. He died in Kyiv in 1977.

Mykola Petrovych Hlushchenko was born on September 4, 1901, in Samara, then part of the Russian Empire. Throughout his life, he combined the roles of an artist and an intelligence officer. Hlushchenko was a Soviet Ukrainian painter and graphic artist whose creative contributions gained official recognition. In 1976, he was awarded the title of People's Artist of the USSR. He passed away on October 31, 1977, in Kyiv, which was then part of the USSR. Over his lifetime, he left a significant mark on Soviet art and culture.
