Kurt Westergaard was born on July 13, 1935, in the town of Døstrup. He was a Danish artist and cartoonist who also worked as a cartoonist and editorial cartoonist. In addition to his artistic activities, Westergaard had a profession as a journalist. His creative work was connected to the Kingdom of Denmark. Kurt Westergaard passed away on July 14, 2021, in Copenhagen. In Russian-language sources, his surname is often mistakenly given as Westergaard.
