Kang Hŭian
Kang Hŭian (1417–1464) was a Korean calligrapher, painter, and poet of the Kang dynasty. He served at the court of Joseon ruler Sejong, working in portrait, landscape, and bird-and-flower genres, representing the muninhwa style. Kang Hŭian was born in 1417.

Kang Hŭian was born in 1417. He belonged to the Kang dynasty, which included his family: his father Kang Seoktok (1395–1459) and his brother Kang Hŭimen (1424–1483). Kang Hŭian was a Korean calligrapher, painter, and poet. As an artist, he served at the court of Joseon ruler Sejong and worked in genres such as portrait, landscape, and 'bird-and-flower'. Kang Hŭian was a representative of the muninhwa style. His artistic activity is dated to the reign period of the Joseon dynasty. He died in 1464.
