José de Alcíbar
José de Alcíbar (1725–1803) was a Mexican painter of Basque descent from New Spain. Active from 1751 to 1801, he primarily worked in the religious genre, also producing portraits and genre scenes. He was born in Mexico City and died in Mexico.
