He was a distinguished French painter, graphic artist, stage designer, sculptor, lithographer, designer, and collage artist. Braque is recognized as one of the founders of Cubism. Throughout his career, he worked in various genres including still life, landscape, genre scenes, and animal art. He participated in the Cubist and Fauvist movements. Some of his notable works include "Houses at l'Estaque", "La Guitare", and "Mandola". Georges Braque passed away on August 31, 1963, in Paris.
