Gani Odutokun
Gani Odutokun (1946–1995) was a Nigerian-Ghanaian artist and academic. He was known for his murals, paintings, and book design. He actively contributed to the development of artists within the Zaria Art Society.

Gani Odutokun was born on August 9, 1946, in Ghana. He was an artist and academic affiliated with both Nigerian and Ghanaian citizenship. Throughout his career, he became recognized as a contemporary Nigerian painter who significantly influenced and supported artists in the Zaria Art Society. Odutokun's work encompassed murals, paintings, and book cover designs. He passed away on February 16, 1995. His contributions remain an important part of postwar art.
