Biography

Elizaveta Sergeevna Kruglikova was born on January 31, 1865, in Saint Petersburg. She was a Russian graphic artist during the Silver Age, specializing in printmaking and silhouette art, and was also active as an educator. Throughout her life, Kruglikova worked in the fields of graphics, illustration, and engraving. Her creative output spanned both the Russian Empire and the Soviet Union periods. Kruglikova lived a long life, passing away on July 21, 1941, in her native Saint Petersburg. Her contributions to Russian art of that era are evident through her diverse work in graphic arts and her pedagogical activities.
