Charles Pellegrini
Charles Pellegrini (1800–1875) was a French engineer, architect, artist, and lithographer born in Chambéry. He specialized in portraiture and later moved to Argentina, where he died in Buenos Aires. He was the father of Argentine President Carlos Pellegrini.
