Anthony Lister was born in 1980 in Brisbane, Australia. He is a contemporary Australian artist who engaged in the development of street art from an early age. As a teenager, he became one of the pioneers of the street art movement in his native Brisbane and subsequently helped spread this movement to areas of Sydney and Melbourne. In his artistic practice, Anthony Lister uses various materials including charcoal, acrylic, spray paint, and oil. His works have been exhibited in galleries around the world such as Urban Spree Gallery in Berlin, Robert Fontaine Gallery in Miami, Allouche Gallery in New York, Olsen Gallery in Sydney, and Black Art Projects in Melbourne.
